Pumpkin Angel Food Cake
Why this is part of the Keeper Project:

- low calorie (4 WW points)
- a good way to use canned pumpkin puree
Ingredients:
- 1 box angel food mix
- 1 c water
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a glass 13x9" baking dish.
- Mix water and angel food cake mix with a whisk. Make sure the bowl is big enough as it foams up.
- Fold in pumpkin puree and pie spice.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Note: This is freezable. Cut it separately, store in plastic wrap and a Ziploc and freeze.
